We stand firmly behind the precision of our biometric work. We do not offer cash refunds for completed fingerprint sessions. However, we do provide a free reprint if a card is rejected due to a printing error on our part.

• Cancellations: Your appointment deposit is completely refundable if you cancel or reschedule at least 2 hours prior to your appointment.
