Once our technician successfully captures your prints, we hand the completed physical cards directly to you. Because your background check involves your private personal data, it is your responsibility to mail or submit the physical cards to your requesting agency. We provide the expert capture service, but the final mailing and tracking of the document remain with the client.

We take immense pride in our work. In the rare event your cards are rejected due to a printing error on our part, simply bring us the official agency rejection letter and we will provide a FREE reprint. We do not offer cash refunds for services successfully rendered.
